The 2050 forecast is based on the projects in the City\u2019s development pipeline, and additional new housing and jobs based on the City\u2019s housing and office production goals and policies, existing and potential land-use regulations and plans, and the development potential of under-utilized sites.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> | B.
