Alleys narrower than 25 feet can have de facto speed limits of 15 MPH. | B. METHODOLOGY | individual speed limit shapefiles manually updated by Tamam Abdallah (15 mph speed limits, and the rest of the city). This merged, citywide speedlimits dataset (MTA.speedlimits) managed by Dan Howard.| C. UPDATE FREQUENCY | Updated as changes are legislated, a few times a year.| D.
